How many days you getSet or change your datesWhen it locksAdd more daysTest before your eventLate guestsEvery Pixloud event covers one occasion. Your event's dates decide when guests can post, and once it starts the dates and the event's look are locked.
How many days you get
- Free: 1 day.
- Essential: up to 3 days.
- Signature: up to 4 days. Every event on a monthly plan (Studio, Agency 10, Agency 20) also gets up to 4 days.
Each day runs until 4 AM the next morning in your event's time zone, so a party that goes past midnight still counts as one day. For example, an Essential event from Dec 1 to Dec 3 is open from midnight on Dec 1 until 4 AM on Dec 4.
Set or change your dates
- Open your event and go to Overview → Event dates.
- Change the Event name, First day, Days or Time zone.
- Click Save. The card shows exactly when guests can post.
When it locks
Your event locks when its first day starts, or when the first guest posts, whichever comes first. After that:
- The first day and time zone can't change, and days can't be removed.
- The event name can only take small spelling fixes (up to 3 letters).
- The wall theme, logo, colours and guest link can't change.
- You can still approve posts, pause or close sharing, change the wall layout and speed, add helpers and download everything.
This keeps one event to one occasion. If something really needs fixing, message our team.
Add more days
- If your plan still has days left, raise Days under Event dates. That's free, even after the event starts.
- If you've used all your plan's days, click + Add (date) to buy an extra day for $25. Extra days come straight after your event, one at a time, up to 3 extra days. For example, Dec 1–3 can add Dec 4, then Dec 5, then Dec 6.
- Free events can't add days. Upgrade to Essential first.
Test before your event
Before your first day, click Test the guest page under Event dates. Your private test link lets you post up to 10 test photos or messages and see them on your wall. They're hidden automatically when your event opens, and they don't count toward your limits. Don't share the test link with guests.
Late guests
After your event finishes, you can click Reopen for late guests once. Guests can post for 24 hours more. It's available for a week after your event.
Everything already shared stays after your event: approve, download and make your recap any time during your plan's storage period.
