Safety built into every step.
You approve everything
Every photo, clip, voice note and message goes to your approval queue first. Nothing reaches the wall until you approve it, and rejected posts are never shown.
No face recognition
Pixloud doesn't scan, tag or identify faces, and it never will. It's a permanent product decision, not a setting.
No guest accounts
Guests don't sign up, log in or give us an email address to share anything.
Fair limits per guest
You set a separate limit per phone for photos, clips and voice notes, and can change them mid-event, so no one can flood the wall.
Who can see the wall
Anyone with your wall link can view approved photos while the event is live. Share the link only where you want it seen.
Moderators see only the queue
Helpers you invite get their own login. They can approve and use team chat — never your billing, settings or guest data — and their access ends a week after the event.
Words you don’t want on screen
Messages run through a blocked-word filter before they even reach your queue, and you can add your own words.
Report anything, any time
Guests and hosts can report a post. We can remove it from every wall, and we act on reports during live events first.
Your photos
Where photos go, and for how long.
Everything guests send — photos, clips, voice notes and messages — is stored on our servers and kept for as long as the plan allows: 7 days on Free, 6 months on Essential, 12 months on Signature and the monthly plans. Only you can approve, reject or delete it.
We email you a week before anything is deleted, and you can download the lot as a zip at any time. To erase an event sooner, delete it from your dashboard or email us and we will do it within 30 days. Guests can ask for anything of theirs to be removed too.
Trust
Some moments are not for the internet.
Nothing leaves your approval queue without you, no faces are ever scanned, and anyone can ask for their photo to be removed.
