Your Pixloud account is where you create events, approve posts and manage billing. Guests never need an account.

Create your account

1. Go to pixloud.app/auth/signup or click Start free on pixloud.com.
2. Enter Your name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters. Click Show to check what you typed.
3. Optionally enter an Organization or event name, such as "Smith Wedding" or "Acme Corp". If you leave it blank we call it "Your first name's Events". You can change it later.
4. Click Create account. You're signed in straight away and taken to create your first event.

Sign in next time

1. Go to pixloud.app/auth/login and click Log in from pixloud.com.
2. Enter your email and password. Tick Remember me on this device to stay signed in for 30 days.
3. Click Log in.

Sign in without a password

1. On the log-in page, click Email me a sign-in link.
2. Enter your email and click Email me a link.
3. Open the email and tap the link. It works once and expires after 15 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, wait a minute and click Send the link again.

Forgot your password?

1. On the log-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email.
2. Open the email and tap the sign-in link.
3. Within 30 minutes, go to Account → Password. You won't need the old password: just enter a New password and click Change password.
