What’s shipped

From a single community celebration to a live photo wall anyone can run.

  1. v1.7 Latest

    Venue walls

    An always-on photo wall for cafés, bars, churches and gyms, plus more control for every host.

    • Venue walls: one QR code stays on the tables for good, and guests share every day
    • Choose how much each phone can share, and when the limits reset: every 12 hours, daily, weekly, or every few hours you pick
    • The album gets a calendar, so guests can look back at any day
    • Trust a regular’s phone and their posts go up without waiting for approval
    • A new Venue plan, and venue walls included in Studio (1) and Agency (10 or 20)
    • Delete any photo or video from your event yourself, at any time
    • An email with your renewal terms when a monthly plan starts, and a reminder 30 days before a yearly plan renews
    • Clearer guest page: stronger contrast and better screen reader support
    • Faster walls: tested with 1,000 screens running at once

    Keep your event’s photos online for years, and never miss a deletion date.

    • Keep an event’s photos, videos, voice notes and album 1 more year or 3 more years, paid once
    • Your event page shows exactly when photos will be deleted
    • Reminder emails 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before anything is deleted, each with a download link

    • Hosts can now download album photos while previewing the album before the event ends

    Digital album

    Every guest’s photos in one private link, ready when the event ends.

    • One album link and QR code per event, no app or account for guests
    • Guests browse photos, videos and voice notes, and save their favourites
    • You choose what the album shows and can hide any post from it
    • Guests who scan the event QR code after the party see a “See the album” button

    Our TV app is live on the Amazon Appstore.

    • Full-screen live wall on any Fire TV
    • Connect a TV by typing its 4-digit code into your dashboard
    • Every other TV still works in its web browser at pixloud.app/tv

    More screens, fairer events

    Run bigger rooms and switch the look while the party is on.

    • Up to 5 screens on Signature and monthly plans, with extra screens for larger venues
    • Change the wall style during the event
    • Event name, branding, guest link and dates lock once guests start posting

    Where it started

    A four-day community celebration run by a nonprofit organization.

    • About 2,500 guests a day shared photos and messages to the big screen
    • Volunteers approved every post from their phones
    • What we learned there shaped everything above
