Discounts are added on Pixloud's checkout page, before you go to Stripe to pay.
Use a coupon code
- Start an upgrade or subscription to reach the checkout page.
- Type the code in Coupon code and click Apply.
- You'll see Code applied and the new total. If not, the message explains why, for example "That code has expired" or "That code doesn't apply to this plan".
Some codes only work on your first purchase, or once per customer.
Use your credit
Referral credit is applied automatically. Untick Use my credit if you'd rather save it. If credit covers the whole price of an event upgrade, the button says Confirm (no charge).
Note
One coupon per order. Referral credit can be combined with a coupon.
