Change or cancel a monthly plan

Manage your subscription from Billing.

Change plan or billing period

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. On your subscription card, choose the plan (Studio, Agency 10 or Agency 20) and Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Click Change plan. The price difference is worked out for the rest of the period automatically.

Cancel

  1. On your subscription card, click Cancel and confirm.
  2. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops renewing.

Changed your mind before the end date? Click Keep my subscription.

Important

When a monthly plan ends, its events go back to their own plan (usually Free), including how long photos are kept. Download everything from your events before the plan ends.
