Table cards are the easiest way to get guests sharing. Pixloud makes them for you.

  1. Open your event and go to Overview → Guest link & QR code.
  2. Click Print table card.
  3. Choose the layout: 4 per page (small cards to cut out) or 1 big card (a sign for an easel or the entrance).
  4. Click Print or save as PDF. In the print window, choose your printer, or Save as PDF to send it to a print shop.

Each card says "Share your photos", shows your event name, the QR code, the short link and code, and "No app needed · Photos appear on the big screen".

Other places to put the QR code

  • Click Download QR PNG and add it to your welcome slide, menu, programme or invitations.
  • Show it on the wall itself. The live wall always shows the QR code and short link in a corner; set its position and size under Look & feel → QR Code on the Wall.
Tip

Print cards on thick paper or card stock, and put one on every table plus one at the bar. Cards on tables get scanned far more than a single sign at the door.
