Guests reach your event in three ways: scanning the QR code, opening the guest link, or typing your 6-character code at pixloud.app/join. All three lead to the same guest page.

Find them

1. Open your event and go to Overview.
2. Under Guest link & QR code you'll see:the guest link, for example pixloud.app/K7M2QX, with a Copy buttonthe Code for guests who can't scan, shown as K7M 2QXbuttons for Print table card, Download QR PNG and New code

Make the link friendlier

Tick Show the event name in the link to get a link like pixloud.app/amira-sam-K7M2QX. The name part is just decoration; the code is what matters.

Typing the code

Guests who can't scan go to pixloud.app/join, type the code and press Continue. Capitals, spaces and dashes don't matter, and the code never uses look-alike characters such as 0 and O or 1 and I.

Get a new code

If a code has been shared somewhere it shouldn't be, click New code. The old link and QR code stop working straight away, so you'll need to print new cards.
