How long photos are kept

Photos stay for the plan's retention period after the event ends: 7 days on Free, 6 months on Event, 12 months on Event Pro and monthly plans.

We email you a week before they're deleted. Download what you want to keep before then: the Voice Guestbook has a download-all button, and the Moments recap can be downloaded from its page.
