After the event, your guests can open one private link and see the approved photos and videos. You choose what's in it.

Share your album

  1. Open your event and go to the Afterwards tab.
  2. Under Digital album, copy the link or download the QR code and send it to your guests.
  3. Guests who scan your event QR code after the event also see a See the album button.

The album opens for guests once your event has ended. You can look at it any time before that.

Choose what guests see

  • What guests can see: photos, videos, voice notes and messages. Photos and videos are on to start; voice notes and messages are off.
  • Guests can download single photos: on to start. Download everything (the zip) stays for you only.
  • Show who shared each post: off to start, so posts appear without names or captions.
  • Hide a single post: open the album while signed in, tap the post and choose Hide. Guests no longer see it.
  • Album is open: switch it off and guests see that the album isn't shared right now.

Privacy

  • Only approved posts appear. Rejected posts never do.
  • The album isn't listed anywhere and search engines are told to skip it. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it with your guests only. If it goes further, choose Make a new link; the old link and QR code stop working.
  • Location data is removed from guests' phone photos (JPEG) when they're uploaded.
Important

The album stays open as long as your plan keeps photos. See How long photos are kept.
