Download or delete your data

Under Account you can:

• Download my data: a file with your account details, events, posts and support history.
• Delete my account: your account, events and every uploaded photo, video and voice note are deleted after 30 days. You can cancel during those 30 days by signing in and choosing Keep my account.

Guests who want a photo of themselves removed can use the Report link on any wall or keepsake page, or you can reject the post from Moderate.
